Welcome to my blog! I’m Ieva, a life coach and personal trainer passionate about helping people achieve their goals and create meaningful, lasting change. I firmly believe that the mind and body are deeply connected, and through this blog, I aim to provide you with tools, tips, and inspiration to thrive in both areas.


Having gone through various life changes and worked with people of different ages, races, and genders, I’ve come to understand just how important it is to have someone by your side—someone who can support and guide you every step of the way. That realization inspired me to earn my Life Coaching and Personal Training certifications. I’m truly grateful to be the support you’ve been searching for!

But let me tell you, I wasn’t always this confident or balanced. Like many, I’ve struggled with staying motivated, being consistent, and wanting results to appear instantly. Through years of personal growth and professional training, I’ve discovered strategies that genuinely work—and now I’m excited to share them with you.


It took me years to understand how deeply the movement of my body affects my overall quality of life. Initially, I wanted results to be visible overnight, but I’ve learned that success is a journey. Choosing a process you enjoy is key—because when you love the journey, you’ll show up even on the tough days. Every workout leaves you feeling better, more energized, and ready to conquer the world. While motivation can spark action, it’s building the right habits that truly transforms your life.

Here’s a homework exercise for you (it’ll only take about 10 minutes):

  1. Play some meditative music (I recommend Deep and Hollow by Thoas Galla).

  2. Close your eyes and think about what you really want. Where do you want to be right now? What are you wearing? What’s around you? What colours do you see? How do you feel?

  3. Write it all down.
